Sitting Duck:


An easy target, an easy to attack victim.

Pronunciation: síting dak

Idiom -  (slang) a vulnerable, a helpless target

Example: Sitting Ducks: Soldiers come under attack from higher ground.

Stand up for your health or become a sitting duck for disease.

US east-coast cities are ‘sitting ducks’ for storms, says top Obama scientist
